How long does order fulfillment take?
We will do our best to deliver your portrait within 5 business days. Any project revisions may affect the delivery time.
What product options are available?
We offer two types of products: poster and canvas print. The canvas is stretched on a solid wooden frame and is ready to hang right out of the box. The poster is ideal for those who prefer their own framing - we deliver it in an elegant tube.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Does the product require an additional frame?
The canvas print is stretched on a wooden frame and is ready to hang - it does not require any additional framing. The poster is delivered rolled in a tube and requires framing in a frame, clip frame, or other display method of your choice.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are 9.99 PLN. You can choose between courier and PDP Pickup. Detailed information can be found on the order page.
What payment methods are available?
We accept credit card payments, bank transfers, and PayPal.
